Daniel E. French, former Broker Associate, is now: Info Miami Realty, Inc.'s Broker & Owner. Member of the Miami Association of REALTORS, serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties, Daniel deals in Residential, Commercial, and Industrial real estate, and he works with Sellers, Buyers, Renters or Tenants, and with Landlords. Daniel is a Member of the National Association of Realtors, and is the Designated Realtor for his brokerage. Daniel has earned additional certifications and designations to best serve his customers: SRS or Seller Representative Specialist, AHWD or At Home with Diversity, CIPS or Certified International Property Specialist, RSPS or Resort & Second Home Specialist, among others. Daniel was born in Guatemala City, of Colombian mother and U.S. father. The first three years of his life were spent between New Mexico, and Puebla Mexico, and then he and his family lived in Venezuela for 11 years. Daniel spent some of his teenage-years visiting family in Caracas, Venezuela, Mexico City, Mexico, and in the San Fernando Valley, California. Daniel has been residing in Miami, FL for the past 39 years. Daniel attended Rockway Jr. High, South Miami High School, where he studied television production, played varsity baseball, soccer, tennis, and ran cross country. Daniel graduated from Miami-Dade College, and from the University of Miami with a BA in Broadcast Journalism, and Political Science. Daniel worked at Univision Network for 21 years, starting as an intern in 1990, rising through the ranks until his departure on 2011. Daniel worked 7 years as a manager in the strictly regulated passenger airline charter industry. Here, the worlds of technology, banking, local, state, federal, and international aviation rules and regulations merged into one. Daniel dealt with U.S., and foreign governmental agencies, and ultimately developing his love for customer service. Daniel received his Florida's Real Estate Sales Associate License in November of 2018, in 2021 he obtained the Broker Assocociate's License, and finally accomplished his goal of owning his real estate brokerage before his 5th year into his real estate career. Daniel enjoys Miami's history, and loves to share bits & pieces of it with his customers, as they drive through its neighborhoods looking for the perfect home. Daniel's daughter is graduating from Syracuse University, and during those four years, the family discovered New York State's "Finger Lakes" region. The family enjoyed life on the Cazenovia Lake, walking through State and National Parks, and through National Forests, and going to New York State's Fair. Nowadays, Daniel and his wife are hooked on Pickleball, and always enjoy a nice dinner in Miami's Coconut Grove neighborhood, or in Coral Gables, "The City Beautiful."
