A Real Estate Agent's Fine Line Between Legal and Ethical Behavior

My name is Daniel E. French, Broker & Owner of Info Miami Realty, Inc., and this is my first blog, ever.  Since my nature is starting every endeavor from the roots, it only makes sense that my first blog should be about telling you about my commitment to working and behaving in a legal and ethical manner with my customers, and with my fellow real estate agents. As a Member of the Miami Association of Realtors, covering Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties, I am committed to working under the strictest federal, state, county, and municipal laws that govern real estate in the U.S., and in the state of Florida.  In addition, every aspect of my actions, personal and professional, are guided by the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics., and by the "One America Principles," that affirm my support of racial diversity, not only in real estate, but in all aspects of my life. The accompanying graphic displays my commitment to working legally, and ethically with you, and with my fellow REALTORS.  Please feel free to leave your comments, questions, or experiences that you've had about this topic, and I will gladly respond to your message.
